Episode 3 – The Key To Everything

In today’s episode of Trials & Triumph, it’s all about attitude. I know you and I are probably very similar in that it’s so easy to get frustrated and out-of-focus when things don’t go our way. When we have a death in the family, or a job loss, or when you just can’t seem to to get your house cleaned fast enough before your kids come trailing right behind you messing it up again! (Been there, done that!)

I struggled with finding a book that just jumps right to the heart of this topic, but there is one that will give you incredible action steps and powerful insights to help you improve your ability to maintain a positive attitude, and that book is Stephen R. Covey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” As you’ll hear in this episode, I will briefly talk about Habit #1 in his book and how it made an impact in my life.
